"Many would say it is difficult, nigh on impossible to feel excitement over automobile insurance. I however, am here to tell you that I have not felt halcyon days such as this since my girlfriend left me and took the cat. The rates offered at this boutique establishment are nearly good enough to make me forget their departure. "Jennifer was absolutely the best. Safelight technician was giving me the runaround about why he couldn't repair a cracked windshield. After a series of lies (that he was caught in) and inflated pricing for goods not needed, she got me set up with another local glass repair shop (Auto One Glass)that didn't have an issue with my culture (yeah, I went there). Kudos to Jennifer, who deserves a raise, then a bonus, then a paid vacation in Dubai!! Thanks Again"

"I have been with this agency for over 30 years. I have worked extensively with Jennifer for all those years and I haven't found anyone who would match her promptness, her knowledge of Michigan rules and regulations and our needs.
